She teaches boundaries, presence, and trust.
Her teaching assistants weigh two thousand pounds. For twenty years Carole Soule raised Scottish Highland and Belted Galloway cattle and sold them for beef. Then she retired from that business — and the animals she had spent two decades looking past became the thing she teaches.

Audiences leave with something they can use before dinner.
Usually they laugh first.
Today she trains working oxen, keeps a herd she calls the therapists, and gets hired by other farms to turn their cattle into therapy animals. What she brings to a stage is not cattle knowledge. It’s a way of seeing your own relationships that is hard to unsee afterward: why the kindest people in the room get flattened first, why pressure has never once produced trust, and why he won't do it is the least useful sentence in the language.
Her teaching runs deeper than the farm.
❋ Boundries
The sweetest cattle Carole has raised are the ones most likely to hurt her — not because they turned mean, but because they lacked boundries. The boundary is not the thing that ends the relationship. It’s the thing that makes it safe enough to stay in.
❋ Trust
A lead rope cannot flatter you and cannot lie. It is either tight or it isn't, and that tells you whether your people are choosing you or complying with you.
❋Retirement
A cow is not a milk machine, and you are not what you produce. For anyone standing at the end of a career, wondering what is underneath the label they have worn for thirty years.
